Ladder Climbing.
I had to fire someone from our business recently (AIDE Oahu). A 31yr old adult with a kid, and that’s as far as I know about the man. I was informed he is a parasite; he exploits his specialties while in the work-place. My leaders told me the next step in climbing the business ladder is to fire this guy face to face.
