I’m a sentimental person, not necessarily a materialistic one. When an item has meaning, that’s where its value is judged. My old phone has been with me for 2 years now. C’mon don’t get me wrong, it is just a phone, but its been there for me.
Like all phones in time, something malfunctions, and I called it into Tmobile. Luckily I had a warranty on the phone, and Tmobile wanted to apologize for the dicking around they did to me the past year. I was thinking “Oh YES! I get to have the DroidG2 again!” But they stopped the production line, and they suggested giving me the new HTC Amaze 4G.
The new droid HTC is an amazing phone, but I’d like to stick to my roots… I’m fine with how I was. I didn’t need an upgrade. I was in love with it’s partial lag and it’s inadequate battery life. My old phone meant a lot to me because it kinda grew up with me the past 2 years.
Here’s the catch, if I want to keep this new phone. I have to ship the old one to Tmobile. :[
The picture on the left is my old phone.
The one on the right is my new.

Maybe you should move on to bigger and better things..you know? Go back to the roots? That is why I have been investing in a messenger owl but so far I only have enough funds for a pigeon… T-T Ohh the sorrows of economy…

I would go with the new phone. New start in life. And think of how many people won’t get in contact with you if you still have a phone that wont work…. They’ll probably complain to you on facebook?
